Welcome to the Privacy Policy for Flow Carbon Inc.’s (“Flow Carbon”) NFT Marketplace (the “NFT Marketplace”) operated by or on behalf of Flow Carbon and Mojito Inc. (“Company” and, together with Flow Carbon, “we" or “us"). This Privacy Policy describes how Flow Carbon and Company collect, use and disclose information from our users, including with respect to the Flow Carbon website, content, applications, services, tools and features (collectively, the “Services”).  For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “you” and “your” means you as the user of the Services. Company and Flow Carbon collect Information you provide when you register; create user generated content; request products, services or information; participate in public forums or other activities through the Services; respond to customer surveys; or otherwise interact with Company or Flow Carbon. We do not seek or knowingly collect any Personal Information about children under 18 years of age.  If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 18, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.

General. We use reasonable security measures, including computer safeguards and secured files and facilities that comply with federal law to protect and limit access to Personal Information. Please note that Information you send to us electronically may not be secure when it is transmitted to us. Wallet Applications. All transactions initiated through the Services are run by third-party electronic wallet applications that you choose to use, such as Metamask. By using the Services you agree that you are governed by the terms or service and privacy policies of those wallet applications.
